I’ve been using this Old Spice Sweat Defense stick for a few weeks now, and it definitely delivers on sweat protection. It lasts me the whole day, even through workouts and hot days. The scent is fresh but not overpowering. I did notice a bit of residue on dark clothes, but it’s manageable. If you need strong underarm protection, this is a great pick!
