I was at first skeptical of spicy honey and where to eat it, but we had it on a variety of things—Brussels sprouts emmenthaler flatbread, ‘buffalo style’ cauliflower bites, and on a charcuterie board, and it was simply divine! It was subtly spicy with a little heat on the backend and the flavor of the honey itself was very good! Unfortunately it was too spicy for my 9 year old, but we really enjoyed it!

It’s rare to find a condiment that goes good on almost anything you put it on, yet Mike’s Hot Honey absolutely nailed it. I tried it on a pizza two years ago and ever since it’s changed my life. I can’t imagine not using it. I’ve had it on everything from breakfast, to quesadillas, mashed potatoes, and macaroni and cheese. I find endless pairings for it. My only complaint is that any food I’ve tried with Mike’s, I can’t eat without it anymore!!!!
