I tried the Garden of Life Kids Plant Omega-3 Liquid (Strawberry flavor) for my child, and overall, it’s been a positive experience. The taste is surprisingly good—my child didn’t complain, which is a big win! It’s great to have a plant-based omega-3 supplement, especially for families who prefer vegetarian options. The liquid form is easy to give, either directly or mixed into juice. I also appreciate that it’s free from artificial additives. I feel better knowing my child is getting healthy fats that support brain and eye development. The bottle is small but lasts a while since you only need a small amount each day.
