Nagkaroon ako ng stiff neck after magbuhat ng mabibigat, kaya naglagay ako ng Salonpas patch. In just a few minutes, ramdam ko agad yung strong menthol effect na parang hinihila yung init at sakit sa muscle. Ang ganda ng cooling sensation kasi nakaka-relax at talagang nakabawas ng pain, kaya naka-move ako nang mas comfortable. Ever since this is my go to!
