555 Fried Sardines Tausi

This variant is my fave amongst the products of 555. It has a very distinct and unique taste. Sweetness, saltiness and acidity is well balanced and the fish is cooked to perfection.

This dish is super simple but really tasty. The sardines are soft and rich, and the tausi adds a very little nice salty, super slightly bitter flavor that makes it more savory. Best eaten with hot rice, honestly just top it on hot rice, simple as that. comfort food na swak sa budget and very easy to prepare.

Sauce taste great,kinda sweet thats why I like it.The amount of serving is great value for money since the amount of fish per serving is quite generous.Would recommend for everyone to try.
