Maybelline Philippines Fit Me® Matte + Poreless Foundation

I use this along with my fit me concealer. As a gal with combi-oily skin, this has been my tried and true when it comes to drugstore foundation. I really keeps my base flawless and makes it look healthy. No whitecast as well so it's great for events with flash photos.

I bought this foundation a few days ago. I have been using EB All Day Foundation in the shade oriental, but somehow they are out of stock. APPLICATION: The product is so smooth to apply on face. It is lightweight and it feels like skin! EFFECTIVENESS: It has medium coverage, and buildable. For light pigmentation, the coverage can be enough. It minimizes the visibility of pores and has a good oil control quality. AND THE SHADE MATCH IS SOOOO GOOD. PRICE: Affordable enough. For someone who cannot afford a high-end foundation but want to achieve a smooth finish, this is decent enough. TEXTURE: Because of the blurring effect plus the oil control, the face looks smooth. LASTING: I did a wear test. It can last for at most six hours without the coverage fading.

I used this product before. It gives a smooth, very fine finish. It is very weightless and it does give you a cakey look. Though the coverage is just mild, it nice to wear even on hot summer days. I just stopped using it because maybe because of my age (almost in my 40s). It doesn't feel the same as before. Maybe it is intended for younger skin.
