I’ve tried Brand’s Essence of Chicken a few times, especially during busy or stressful weeks, and it actually helps give a slight mental and physical boost. The taste is quite unique—savory and slightly herbal—but not unpleasant once you get used to it.

I’ve tried a few brands of chicken essence, and I keep coming back to BRAND’S Essence of Chicken. I usually take it when I’m feeling run-down or need to focus during busy workdays. It’s surprisingly easy to drink, not too strong or salty and gives me a noticeable energy boost. I even gifted it to my parents, and they liked how gentle it felt on the stomach.
