I always stock up this brand of abalone in our pantry during CNY. It goes great with poon choy and also braised noodles. It is very soft suitable for elderly to bite and chew.

Braised some in steamboat soup & grilled some during family gathering.
I still can taste the "freshness" since it comes in a big chunk.
