Farmers Union Greek Style Natural Yoghurt

It’s thick n creamy n my boy loves it. Can mix with frozen berry n make smoothies. Having it like almost every single day.

I buy farmers union yogurt frequently as i like the taste of the yogurt. Its filling, and the price point is ok for me, although it has gone up in the recent few months.

Being a vegetarian I need find ways to include protein without overdoing it. One of the ways suggested by my doctor was including greek yoghurt in my daily diet. It has higher protein amount than the regular yoghurt & also a very natural way to manage good gut bacteria. Greek yogurt is deliciously thick and creamy, offering a satisfying texture with every spoonful. The yogurt is filling yet light, perfect for keeping you energized without feeling heavy. It’s also available in various flavors, catering to different taste preferences. I have a cup of it every day during lunch hours.

It is our to go yogurt for home. It has a good balance to its taste. ( not sweet and not too sour for a greek yogurt) given the price point and quality, its one of the good one out in the market. I use it for cooking, for breakfast and for snacks. Truly all around!

Have been buying this brand Greek yoghurt for the longest time. The taste is nice, not too sour even though there's no additional sugar for the original flavour. Pack with nutrions as well!
