My to go for a good night, after a long day at work. Can't afford to go to a spa every day, but this steam eye mask works wonders. It relieves all the stress from my eyes and provides me with a good night's sleep. I usually wear it till the next day, as I would go into deep sleep after using it. Although there are other options on the market, I believe that Megrhythm's eye mask offers the optimal temperature for the eye area, and it is great even when you don't sleep with the air conditioner on. Highly recommended!!

The warmth helps to relax the eyes and the subtle scent calms my anxiety and stress from a hard day's work. I usually use it right before i fall asleep - it has the additional benefit of preventing me from scrolling on my phone before bedtime haha.

Honestly, this really works for my tired eyes. I work in an office and spend 8 hours looking at a computer, which really strains my eyes. Using this alternately at night before sleeping really helps refresh my eyes the next day! Highly recommended.
