I have been taking this multivitamins for a few months after reading great reviews. This is my third bottle. The pill can be quite big but I got used to it. I find that my urine is more yellowish but I read that it will not harm my body as those are excess vitamin B. After taking this vitamin, I realised my overall health improved. As I have anemia, it helps with my iron intake. I used to take iron pills but now I can simply consume this without additional iron pills. It helps to maintain my iron level. Overall, I find that it does help to improve my body and energy level.

took this daily but I had a bad body odour. not sure what I'm allergic too. but taking it on alternate days seemed to be better. felt less tired and hair didn't drop as much.
