It’s a crunchy bar that is great for a snack or breakfast. It’s 198 calories and comes in 2 bars inside. Low protein though, at 3.2g. Can try their protein versions for a denser and more nutrient rich snack.

Provides a good solution to hunger pangs on the go. However, it can be slightly messy and has lots of crumbs. Flavour is very nice though, a hint of honey and a baked oats favour.
