I like this because it’s fresh and not too sweet. The Made in Australia biscuits somehow taste better than locally ( South East Asia) likely because of the butter and/or milk use.

This is my favourite lemon biscuit. I love how the biscuit is slightly salted (you can see the salt flakes). The combination of savoury and sweet goes so well together!
